Hi, here are some comparison pictures of my new Cold Steel Royal welch figures to my old Peninsula soldiers range that were painted in Tatyana Studios in st Petersburg back in 2012/13. The soldier on the right is the St Petersburg soldier hes had a bit of a rough time at the factory in china and lost his back pack and bayonet and has a few paint chips.(I will get him repaired at a later date by Tatyana)

This soldier will retail at the new price of $42 or £35 and will be available from the usual outlets myself Centurion Toy soldiers in the UK, Minutmen toy soldiers andSagers soldiers in the US and Hadriansvilla in Europe. There are only 100 of each of these being made. These soldiers will be available in the next few weeks.

I assume you're saying that the two figures on the left will be available, not the one on the right.

Thanks, I thought so. I think the new figures are nice although I think the middle one is better, in my opinion.

Do you have any plans to make any Russians or Germans?

They have been delayed a couple of weeks to do a bit more work on the faces. The 1 in the middle I was very happy with but they hadn't done them all to that standard hence the delay while they bring them all to that standard.

I have no plans at the moment. When I get these ones out I will see then what to do next. I have been thinking about 5/60 British which were mainly made up of Germans. I think Russians would be popular like I said I will wait and see and not rush into anything.

Make some Russian Taurides at $42 and I would buy a bunch:salute::......Very Nice NAP soldiers.....Like'em:salute::

Some weeks ago i received one of Cold Steel best figures (Nap8), a 43rd Regiment infantryman going forward with spanish footwear (very nice touch!) . I must say these figures go very well with FL figures, almost same painting quality , same size..they are very similar. Some of their poses are taken from Osprey plates by the great Mike Chappell (another nice touch) , i'll post some comparison later ...
