Here we have from left to right: Collector Showcase, Niena Studio, and Fronline Standard bearer. Putting all the various Polish Lancers (various manufactures) in a group setting...sizing differential becomes less obvious.

Photos also show the differences in the Polish Lancer uniforms: Collector Showcase Lancers are in Campaign Dress (the Crimson of the Blue jacket's Revers is now Blue with Crimson piping), vs the Frontline Lancers are in Service Dress where the Blue jacket's Revers is Crimson. Niena's Lancer Bugler is in Service Dress but in the regulation lighter blue jacket and trousers. The Frontline Officer is wearing Parade Dress trousers and Service Dress jacket (guess he was in a rush to battle).
