I would say to take a look at Abe Books. They list UK sellers and I got a great IWM book on the Desert War from a UK seller through Abe.

Some of the Concord books can be a pain in the neck to obtain, even for someone who watches for their releases. Concord apparently prints in limited numbers and has an odd distribution system. Good luck on your search.
