Conquest of Americas JJD as Battle of Pavia 2/24/1525 (1 Viewer)

Here three set ups in my displays using the JJD Vonquest of the Americas Spaniards
Furst in their intended use as Conquistadors in the New World

Second as part of a scene with First Legion and a coupke of Kronorinz, representing the capture of Francis I, King of France in the Battle of Pavia

And finally massed in a large group of pikemen, crossbowmen, arquebusuers and swordsmen , led by two mounted personality figures from Kronprinz, Don Alinso Pita da Veiga and his squire, carrying his standard.
I repainted many of the figures for variety.

The last two images are a "Miracle of Empel" (12/8/1585) set up with Kronprinz miniatures and a small terrain piece trying to recreate the Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau painting.
Some of the figures were made as variations by KP. Changing some colors and heads, to add variety tot he marching group. Interesting story about the Battle of Empel...
