Contacting William Britian (1 Viewer)

Hi all has any one else had no reply from William Britain when sending email.

I have enquired 3 times to purchase one figure, and the postage on check out to Australia is $46, the actual cost is around $18 to $22

purchased 1000's of times from the US over many years.

They do not reply, since the change of ownership I notice this now they were excellent before, questions about figures etc ,

You appear to not reply to offers of assistance and we still don't know ^&confuse where in Oz you live. All of WB figures make their way to dealers in Oz where postage becomes a non-issue. You appear to be having communication problems with everyone when no-one else is having that problem. Surely the solution is to connect with a network of other collectors and use the collective strategies already in place. There is no requirement to reinvent the wheel.
Treefrog has a free postage deal for orders over $250 if what you want lies outside of Oz. Other similar postage policies exist. If it's just the occasional figure you are wanting, then you can join a group order with other collectors in the network. It is as always up to you but your solution is obvious. Do hope you find a way to better enjoy this great hobby.:salute::
