Conte Alamo 6 & 7; TSSD G.I.'s (1 Viewer)

Alamos 6 & 7 are now apparently shipping (see his web site for full details). Looks like you get a whopping 320 of his new Mexicans if you purchase both together. The buildings look beautiful and the plastic figs are said to be largely free of undercuts.

TSSD's G.I.'s have also apparently landed in California and have only to be driven to Nick's and Deanna's place. These guys look spectacular! Xmas in August (they may not be available until sometime in Sept, however)!

I'm going to post news of another FANTASTIC plastic set from Ron Barzso in a separate post.

Well Dick, how long has it been. I believed RC first showed the Alamo protos at the 02 show, right. At 03 he had the Civil War and was not there last year.
So 3 years in the makeing, sure hope it was worth the wait, looks like it will be.
As for TSSD, what a class act! They keep everyone comepletly informed on their web site, no BS, they will be my first stop upon my arrival on Thursday, want those Germans.
And Ron Barzo, what a great guy to stop and talk with, upon entering his room for the first time every year it is like Christmas Eve in the fifties when I saw my Marx playset under the tree.
Oh man I,m tearing up!
OK, back to reality, did you catch Contes line about future plastic sets, "if the moneys there". My prediction, and I hope I,m wrong, 50, 50, chance on the WW2 GI,s, and I would not count on anything else.

I pre-ordered Long coat Germans and GI's from Nick at San Diego and he said I can pay when I get to Chicago Show. I don't know if he got a list but he told me he will have 2 bags of each for me. Leadmen

I think to get the free pak 40, you must pre order 2 bags of Germans.
Alex, I would get a hold of TSSD and pre order so you get the pak40.
I got an email last night from a friend informing me he had heard there was another delay on the Alamo sets.
Although as of now just a rumour, after 3 years of waiting, I guess I can wait some more.
