Just read on another board that Richard Conte won,t be at this years show.
It,s a shame as sometimes I get down on him about his late or unfullfilled promises. But there is no one in the hobby with more enthusiasm.
Always spent a large portion of my time at OTSN in his room looking at his prototypes, current releases etc. He will be missed.
The same message also stated that Joe Baker, the guy that does Contes web site may have Conte material to show, so maybe all is not lost.
Want some interesting reading, go to Hobby Bunkers forum and read the post by Nick, owner of SanDiego toys, relative to the situation in China.
Actually reading it somewhat depresses me as it really puts the damper for many new releases or future products.

"He who hath no stomache for the fight , let him depart!" I am disappointed by the news myself. I tried to get to the room last year, but was thwarted at every attempt. I would like to find out who this guy really is. The Spartans are the best I have ever seen in my limited experience!
