How many add on sets of rowers did this thing come with?

I have one and have only located one set of rowers - there have to be more.

Conte's October 2002 price list shows the Viking Ship (VIK100) with 8 rowers & 1 helmsman, VIK106 is a Viking horn blower, and VIK107 is 8 Viking rowers.
