I copied my reply from another thread. Maybe there are other examples.
That maybe Speculators hoping to cash in on the controversy. Controversy sells.
Many years ago a Disney Song of the South DVD was on the market for $14.95. Fast selling before pulled. I think because of some
copyright infringement. You could still get them at Disney World in Paris for quite a while. Yes, I did. One of the kids favorites growing up.
Disney said that they were not going to rerelease it. Sales shot up. Now old copies go for upwards of $100. My Sister still has a well worn
book we grew up with. Loved .Br'er Rabbit. This story can be traced back to the folklore from Africa (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Br'er_Rabbit)

Last year a Children's book A Birthday Cake for George Washington was released for $9.95 on Amazon. After complaints about slaves
being featured Amazon pulled it as did most book stores. Mostly sold out anyway. Yes, I did. Now goes for about $50, and for a while over $200.
