Over the last year or so, I started to do conversions. I used to think that I would never chop up a toy soldier. But one day I found that it was great fun to create a new unique figure from one figure or a mix of figures. A little glue, putty, paint and imagination can go a long way. By the way. I also started a specific discussion area for conversions at Sargres Toy Soldier Board.

Just a thought. It would be good if everyone posted a picture of the before and after the conversion photos. The viewers can appreciate the artistry if that is done. This should be a good discussion because so many members do conversions...Good luck...Nick

I assume your talking about the postings at Sarges Toy Soldier board. I totally agree, great minds must think alike, because this crossed my mind last night as I was looking at some of the pictures.
