Please post photos and reviews if you'd already received your Figarti STORCH
Ever since K&C showed a prototype of the STORCH on their diorama, my mind has been captivated by it.
I went on the internet and downloaded lots of photos and read a lot of information on it.
Also, I'd been following this forum on the news for STORCH production.
I even bought a 1/35 plastic STORCH kit... but I never had the time to afford to assemble it.
Finally, Figarti is going to produce one, at a much lower price than K&C, although the edges of the FIgarti version looks a bit rugged, the canopy is fogged, and the color scheme seemed a bit off.
I called K&C in Hong Kong, not only their warbird Storch was sold out, it costs over US$800 which I couldn't afford.
I was looking forward to K&C producing a polystone cheap Storch...
but I couldn't wait, knowing this Figarti Storch will be gone soon, and K&C will not be able to produce one in the near future.
So I went ahead to preorder the Figarti Storch. It's a big investment, and I haven't even seen it in-person.
Louis Badolato wrote that it looked good... but I would like to hear from a more selective critic on it's quality. From the photos I don't see a pilot inside the Storch, I wish they put a guy in it.
