I was feeling depressed the other day when I learned that my beloved exemployer, the City of St Louis, had lost it's title as the #1 ranked city for crime to New Orleans.
However I was given hope that St Louis would soon regain it's prominance when this incident caught my attention.
Seems the police were chasing a stolen auto on Interstate 70 that was taken in a carjacking. Well during the pursuit the above stolen auto ran head on into another auto, with the two occupants of the first auto being killed.
The four occupants of the second auto were all seriously injured. Now here is the irony. The second auto was also stolen and had nothing to do with the origional incident. The second auto was just "out for a Sunday drive".
As we used to say on the PD, "They never let you down"
