I took AIP's Charge of the Light Brigade cavalry and made them Napoleonic. 17th Lancers to Polish Lancers.
I'm looking at AIP's new British Waterloo infantry as possible candidates for conversion. 1812 AIP Russians with the forage caps (included with the shako figures) might work. AIP Zouaves might work as well.
AIP has rebranded their WW I Russians as Crimean War. Not even close.
HaT's French infantry in greatcoats are a potential source for Russians and British but a LOT of work will be involved in hand sculpting multiple "uniform" shakos and helmets.
HI - Did these conversions a few years ago adding helmet spares Dutch shakos 1815 to pass for the Albert Shako to represent British infantry in greatcoats 1854. The bodies are Armies in Plastic Berdan Sharpshooters ACW 1861 so similar time period.
