Check out your local Super Wal-Mart. They had these curio's at Christmas time marked down to $130 from $150.This weekend they were $100. Available in dark brown and light brown. They are three glass shelf plus bottom and plenty of pre-drilled holes for extra shelves. Also lighted with mirror back. They stand approx. 4ft 9 inches high.It took approx 1hr to assemble. A great deal!

How wide and deep are they? Could you fit a diorama on the shelves?

Louis the cabinet is rounded on the sides hence the glass is to. Shelf width is approx 9 3/4 " at its widest point and approx 28" long. I could see it not being a good curio for big diorama's but excellent for individual display of sets which I do most. With the addition of the extra shelves its a cheap display case at that. I have all my K&C under glass because I hate the fact of trying to dust them and for damage control reasons...

Thanks for the info. What I have been doing is buying Curio cabinets from the Bombay Company when they go on sale for about $150 a piece. They are probably about the same size as the ones you are talking about.
