Now that I want to paint the new TSSD Alamo figures I find that the Mexican figures have Line Infantry uniforms and Baker Rifles and Bayonets. Modern Uniform artists show the cazadores with waist belts and S buckles.

How many troops had the Baker rifles?............These new TSSD figures actually look good and a more likable scale.

Supposedly the Cazadores and the Zapadores plus some cavalry according to sources on hand. The assumption by the artists (and the film makers) may be that "stands of arms" could be purchased with the appropriate leather gear.

The two fighting figures with rifles can be used in multiple numbers while the other two hand to hand figures make good conversion subjects. The scale IS good for use with Conte's figures.

Yes they fit with CONTE but not CTS, MARX or anything else you may be using for ALAMO Mexicans
