Sad news, Davy Jones lead singer of the Monkeys past away today, I know I'm showing my age but what a bummer.

I was never a big fan of the Monkees or their TV show, but it's kind of sobering to see so many of these pop culture and sports figures that I can remember as a kid passing on.
