I just saw this one after seeing the original UK version a couple of weeks ago. I might say too much swearing except the UK version had more. The US version was a little "warmer" to the characters. Look for Zoe Zoe Saldana as the "straight man" responsible character to her brother, father, and fiance. She's good.
Shot for shot it's very much like the UK version. Peter Dinklage plays the same character in both films as the death father's boyfriend. Great comedy actor Ron Glass from the old Barney Miller show is there and Danny Glover as the nasty old uncle. Funny that Chris Rock is the serious responsible brother. If you saw the UK version you will know where this version is going but it's fun seeing them get there.
