John also announced the Retreat of Montcalm at the Battle of Quebec. Here badly wounded he is supported by his troops, as he led back into the city. Where shortly thereafter he dies. The figures are magnificent. This is his also the first horse John has carved.

This is shaping up to be the best JJ release in my opinion. The sculpt and set look really great. I think JJ said the release date would be Jan. '08. So maybe we will have them by Christmas.

I agree with Combat - these are some very exciting figures coming up and I really do look forward to that "Death of Montcalm" figure - especially since it will be the first Mounted Figure by John Jenkins !!
