Decals on TCS King Tiger winter with zimm (1 Viewer)

Hello folks,
IMO those KT are/were the best products TCS has offered to date, however decals on zimm versions didn´t fit well, I was wondering on remove turret numbers and paint new numbers using modelling brush, did any of you try it? all the best

Try using a decal softener. It should help set the decal on the zimmeritt. Then use a clear coat after the decal dries.

Stencils are available and they work very well with acrylic paint; either sprayed or brushed. Far more durable than decals especially on a textured surface. Late war Konigtigers and Jagdtigers often lacked national markings. Armor on the Ostfront sometimes hammerd the Zimmerat flat over an area on the turret side and painted on a coat of arms like a charging Knight. The vehicle number was sometimes applied to the gun barrel. Many variations especially late in the war.
