Delayed Packages? (1 Viewer)

Most of my soldiers came from Treefrog this Christmas, but I hinted to my wife for a retired vehicle that Treefrog didn't have, but was still on the K&C website. She ordered it, but it still hasn't arrived. I know UPS and FedEx said they had issues because of over demand at Christmas, but a week into January, seems like it should be here. Just wondering if anybody else is having the same issue in the US. Tracking number shows that it made from Hong Kong, but now just keeps showing "In transit".

I have ordered from K&C and it takes a while, but remember your package could be held up in the midwest where the weather is delaying everything. Email them and I promise you they will respond!!!! They are a good bunch and will do anything and everything to make you a happy customer.

I had a couple of packages coming from someone in Massachusetts and even that took awhile. My experience with packages is that everything shows up sooner or later.
