Beautiful shot Randy. The Schleich figures really have some great detail don't they? I recently bought some for my youngest Nephew for his birthday, they were a little pricey but it was worth it as he loves them. :)

Too bad they don't make soldier figures.

I've bought Papo and Schleich figures for my daughter. Mostly the fantasy figures and any female figures. It would be fun if one of these companies did a line of "modern" soldiers. Papo has some Napoleonic but only the beautiful singles or their Napoleonic and American Civil War action figure line that have to fit on horses so that you have Nelson standing astride as if riding.
I'd like to find the paint that these companies use.

Both my 4-1/2 year old son and 2-1/2 year old daughter love Schleich animals and buildings. They have a nice wood and plastic barn and stable, and literally dozens of different farm and jungle animals. They are beautifully done, safe, and sturdy toys that kids really enjoy.:)

Great shot, Randy!!

I've been buying the Schleich and Papo figures for a couple of years now as "grandchild bait." Great figures, safe for kids and a great value.

I'm hoping to get the next generation interested in toy soldiers and history. The girls love the princesses and other female figures.

Also, they keep the kids busy so they don't destroy my house. :D
