Hi,
Looking forward to getting these.

Looks like the bases will (almost) seamlessly join together (they shoehorn together quite nicely), and the groundwork has been subtly designed to accommodate the figures:




I've circled the positions of the Gatling guns etc, if you wish to replicate closely the square in the photos, but if not, I think you can display the figures as it suits you.

Great post Pete. I was wondering if the textured base would make it harder to place some of the figures - but the photos clearly show smooth areas for Gordons and Dervish, and wheel rut for the guns making it an easy set up.

One of the things I really like about JJD is John's ability to tell a story with his work. Over time sets come together really bringing a period of history to life.
