Did Stadden make this figure of General Montgomery (1 Viewer)

Hi.
I've looked high and low but cannot find any evidence that this figure of General Montgomery was made by Stadden; however, it looks remarkably like the other figures in their large range. Can anyone help verify if Stadden made this figure?

I don't see it in the original list

With such a base they must be from Charles Stadden Studio but .... ( end 90ies they were reissued by another company with same base, did they had somthing to the range ? )
