I can assure that they didn't cancel the show. I started unpacking Friday afternoon, and once I opened for room trading, sold 13 sets of toy soldiers including 3 sets of Imperial, 3 Hiriart, 3 soldiers of the World Napoleonics, 2 Britains Premier, 1 Sarum, and one other. The list of rooms open for room trading numbered around 50. I saw Gerard from Frontline, Brian from Collectors Showcase, Peter from Figarti, Ed from Edmunds, Mark from Build-A-Rama, Bruce from Metal Shed, and Andy from K&C is also here, but I didn't personally see him yet. I bought several of Frontline's new Seven Years War Prussian sets; the Austrians were not available yet. Carlos, who usually takes a lot of photos, was in attendance.
It was too darn hot yesterday at 83 degrees, but should be cooler today. Bob Walker, Ed Ruby, Steven Chong, Marc (Beaufighter), Ed (ecuirel), among others, stopped by my room yesterday. I am home right now, but will drive back to the Show in a couple of hours.
