Guys

I was checking emails this morning and got the usual promo emails from K&C on their new releases. This email was on the "Jetty" and the pictures promoting it had several interesting things !

1) In a Napoleonic Scene - there was a BOAT - FOR THAT PERIOD - WITH A NEW FIGURE !

2) In the WWII Scene - there was what looked like A NEW GERMAN TORPEADO BOAT !

Did any on else see this email and promo pictures from King & County ?

Ron

Ron,

Andy posted photos about that a few days ago here.

Brad

I am sure you are not trying to be rude - that is I don't remember us discussing the boats in those pictures and I guess I missed those photos that were posted.

My main point was not when the pictures came out - but, what was in the pictures - THE BOATS !

Regards, Ron

OK - found what Brad so politely pointed out to me - thanks Brad ;)

I followed the early part of that discussion of Boats Posting and missed Andy's posting.

But, these pictures here have got me excited this morning ! :D

Ron,

Did not mean to be and sorry if it came out that way :)

Those are beautiful diorama pieces, and I agree, I think you need two of them to pull it off.

As I remember, they were fairly priced for the jetties, around $75 each.

Can anybody tell me if the "iron guard rail" on the connecting piece is removeable?

Yea - it looks like it will be a separate piece - another diorama item for sale.

I would surmise that the boats featured will be produced...LCM3, E-Boat, and that Napoleonic boat. I have the LCM featured and it was originally produced by KCUK. It is made of balsa wood. KC UK also has the LCA in Balsa wood(check their website and click on "Landing Crafts...the LCA is still available). Looks like KC Hong Kong will produce these same WWII vaval crafts in polystone (well, the LCA is now a reality). Looking forward to the LCM in polystone. I wonder how much would the E-boat cost? Same as Figarti maybe?
