Hello.

I have many buildings (desert village + farm) from K & C and I would like to know if the french houses from Hudson and Allen are made with the same material. I don't want to buy houses made with the same material as the frontline trenches.

Thank you.{sm0}

Hello Biker!
Sorry for the delay in answering you but I just now discovered your post and question. Hudson & Allen Studio products are made from a high quality urethane foam. This allows us to make highly detailed buildings and scenics that are lightweight (allowing more soldiers on your shelf without fear of overweighting the shelf!). Each building and scenic is handmade in the USA. Ken makes the original patterns and I hand paint each production piece. Please let me know if you have any further questions!
All the best,

I just realized that I never really answered your question. K&C & Frontline tend to make their buildings and scenics from resin or polystone (Resin & inert filler). While this allows for complete transfer of detail from the original to the production piece it also can tend to be quite heavy. Hope this helps!
Ericka
