Of course you can't show it if you can't take a picture of it.:( I am no photographic adept but certainly there seem to several here. I thought I could manage well enough with my Panasonic DMC-FZ7 but I seem to be stuck recently on lighting and auto focusing. I was trying to shoot some single 58mm figures outside on a granite rock and could not get the auto focus to settle. Tried switching to manual but no better; likely because I don 't know what I am doing.
Any suggestions on how to go about dealing with this (please don't say 'read the manual:D)?
Also, what do you all use for indoor setups? Do you use additional camera lights and if so what?
Thanks for any help.

Spitfrnd Check out post 1 on page 35 and post 19 and 16 on page 34 in the Creating Mini Dio to Photograph Thread I think you'll find it helpful....The Lt.

Also, if you want photograph metal soldiers, don't use flash it will reflect and the painting quality will changed.

Cheers

I try to have enough light so the flash will not go on. I forget to turn off the flash.
