That appears to be the JJD Albatros. The wire has come loose from the hole on the strut. My only solution is the obvious one; tweezers to hold the wire taught while using super glue to cement the wire back into the hole or as closely as possible. I repaired a loose wire with this method. Sorry I have no higher tech solution. Maybe someone else? -- Al
I second Al. If that line was anchored in a hole, the simplest and best repair is as he describes. Glue back in. It is a bit of a fiddly operation, but you should be able to do it.
