Hi.
Back in the mid-1980s, I bought this glossy British redcoat in Charleston, South Carolina. I can see the name "ABC" and "Wales" under the base but have no information about the worth of the figure.

They remind me of Trophy, but I am no expert.

Can anyone give me some information about the company?

Thanks,
MikeNick

ABC is American Brigade Corps, A Connecticut based distributor named Victor Reiling commissioned Jan and Frank Scroby of Blenheim, Marlborough et al to sculpt and produce a line of American Revolution, Civil War and Military Academy Color Guards sets. The venture ran into copywrite issues with some of the Academies and the line ceased its marketing. The Scrobys integrated the American Revolution, Civil War and certain Academy sets into their Marlborough line. Your figure is part of the Marlborough British Light Infantry set.
