Does anyone have any inside info on the availablity of Conte items like the LCM3? All Conte ever says is they will be available in a month or 2. Does anyone have one of these they would like to sell?

This isn't a bash at Conte (I happen to like their products), but their availability / back ordered sets can be a little frustrating to say the least. I've never been able to get an accurate answer as to when their out of stock items will become in stock items.

That said, you should have no probs picking up the LCM3 from any number of dealers:

I personally think so. It's nicely done and you get a lot of well detailed metal for your money. The 3 figures that come with it are of Conte's latest painting style, so well detailed but pretty dark and grim. The only consideration is space, as it does take up a lot of it. I'm planning to do a strip on a 6 or 8 foot long by 8" wide shelf at some point which I aim to capture from the sea / LCM3, through the beach / beach obstacles and up to the German defences.
