I found an old King & Country Collector Magazine (Spring 2003) and on backside of it is a wonderful diorama featured. The article is all about a guy named Peter Martin living in Thousand Oaks, CA showing his WWII diorama featuring KC features and vehicles of that era. These are some of the best WWII dioramas I've ever seen.

Thousand Oaks is a mere 35 miles east of Glendale, CA where I live and I sure would like to meet him.

Any ideas?
