Does anyone know what happened with the WBritain (1 Viewer)

I send them some emails and no one answer to me?
I send them on their email adress Ukclub@wbritain.com and no one answer to me,than i send an email to Sam Kif and she do not answer to me,...
What is the problem?
Do you send them your email and they write you back or they have some problems with the email or something?
Because i already send emails to Sam Kif and she write me back in the history but now no one write back so i ask if you have problems comunicate with them also?

Hi Ales,

WBritains is a large company and I am sure they get a ton of emails everyday. I am sure they will reply to you once they have an answer for your question.
