Are there any manufacturers that make 1/32 scale buildings for WWII dioramas or close to that scale so it would work?

I do sometimes make single walls that can be turned into buildings..... if you are handy with a pencil...rulerbuildings.jpg ...scissors and some cardboard and willing to spend a little time learning some simple methods I could help you ...but ...if you are not interested in doing things yourself...it will be a waste of time......cheers TomB

Thanks guys for all the comments. I have a four tier book shelf and I've been wanting to turn each one into a scene somewhere with my forces of valor and ultimate soldier. I just wanted to see what ideas you guys had.

Tomb I like your wall section if you could walk me through it. I have small children right now so it's hard to work on anything.

This is a market that someone needs to exploit. Make some buildings for us collectors.

Airfix has 4 I've seen and not much going on with it.

No worries mate...be happy too.....I know what it is like trying to do anything with kids around so what I will do is give you a quick idea with a few sketches ...actually the kids...depending on their age may be able to give daddy a hand....from my experience you can bet they are gonna try anyway.......Tomorrow ...on present location I will post direct to you...FOR CJG 476....a sketch hopefully giving you an idea of how to do your own buildings...if you like the idea...and would like to have a go at it....I can start a series of How too... on the How to do Dioramas section......of a small 1/32 scale building.....Cardboard...plasticine.... a pencil...a ruler and scissors is all you need to start...just had a thought......PLAYDOUGH ...you may have some around somewhere to experiment with...but I think a large block of plasticine if available would be cheaper and can be used and re-used while you are learning.....righto mate...be in touch here tomorrow.....cheers TomB

Verlinden make dozens of damaged building kits for all theatres of WW2. Trooper

Hi there

You might want mini art, they do some really good plastic buildings, albeit say 1/35 they are more like and good for 1/32 and some even suit 1/30, a bit fiddly putting together but when finished, excellent.

Also hobby bunker in the US do some gr8 foam unpainted 1/32 buildings, I have some of these and again well suited for 1/30 if needed.

Best

Dan

PS verlinden are ok but sometimes come out small as I have found out before.

Search:

"Reality in scale"

Titles only, worldwide, on eBay.

It is supposedly all 1/35 but some might work with 1/32.
