Does Britains respond to email? (1 Viewer)

I was interested in joining Britain's Collector's Club, and picking up the Fallschirmjager, possibly the WW1 figure as well, but now both figures are gone. I've tried emailing and using their feedback form off their website, but don't get any response. Frustrating, as literally one day the figure is there, and the next when I go to order it was gone.

What you are seeing are the 2017 selections. Every year we update this page with the new selections.
As a new or renewing club member you may chose from earlier selections while they are still in stock.
This is easy to find out...just look under exclusive Collector's Club products. Both of the figures you mentioned are still in stock. We have not responded to the last few days e-mail inquiries as we are catching up on orders and paperwork from the holidays.

Hi Ken,

Thanks for the follow up. The Fallschirmjager, 50068c, doesn't show up, and the previous link I have bookmarked says the product doesn't exist. I had been looking one night, then the next went to order and it was gone. Recently got a couple of your excellent new WW2 figures, so was looking to pick that one up, since I'm new to Britains figures. Was curious also if a Ww1 or WW2 option was going to be available for 2017 as well.

We are back to work and I checked the website and you are correct that their were some errors made when we updated the site with the new figures for 2017.We will get this straightened out tonight/tomorrow.

The Fallschirmjager was designed to be used with our other WWII releases.

I checked the warehouse and 2016 figures 50068C WWII German Fallschirmjager, 50066C WWI German 12th Infantry Regiment and 50067C WWI British Infantry are still available. I can see that a few got shuffled right out of the deck when we updated. Thanks for pointing this out to us!

There will be a few additional Collector's Club exclusives later in 2016. These will be related to events here and in the UK and all of them are available to members. I can share that the other subjects will be US War of 1812, Anglo-Zulu War and another British subject to be determined. This means that for the last three years we have offered 11 Club Exclusives per year, some of which are still available in limited quantities.
Don't forget that membership includes our magazine, The Standard four times a year along with the four catalogs and the membership figure. Any club member is welcomed to purchase as many extra exclusive figures as they might wish to.

Sorry for the delay, but Erick and I made a weekend road trip to do some research at a museum.

How about making one of the extra figures an action posed officer of the 60th foot Royal Americans for the FIW or even a 95th Rifle Officer with Rifle for the Napoleonic range !?{sm4}

I hear that Imperial Guard Grenadiers are in the pipeline. I'm looking forward to their unveiling and release.
