Has anyone had any experiences with this wargaming painting service from Hong Kong?

Their figures seem to be excellently painted from the pictures on eBay and they cover a lot of ranges (ACW, AWI, FIW, Napoleonic, ancients, etc.). Various scales from 15mm to 28mm in both metal and plastic. They have an excellent eBay rating too!

They have a 25% off sale going on right now on eBay! {sm4}

$144 for 12 mounted Napoleonic troops! {sm4}

I am tempted to get some of their ancient lines in 28mm. {sm4}

Hi

I've bought from them before to build up my 15 mm Napoleonics. I've been quite satisfied with the quality, shipping, packaging, delivery time etc, so a thumbs up from me.

I've also saw their work but been a little hesitant as anything coming out of China is suspect.

Thanks for both of your input! I haven't made any moves into 28mm yet. Now that CS is getting into 28mm, I wonder if Treefrog has any interest in carrying smaller scales?

I have made the move to smaller figures and if their quality is as advertisted I may place a order.For high quality painting I've paid up to $20 a figure.The sets I was looking at on their store would cost me $13-$14 per figure and that includes the shipping.

not to divert from this service but I have good luck out of Sri Lanka, there flats, a little different art and it usually takes several back and forths to get exactly what I need

but it gets done 30mm

I have visited their site also.I shouldn't be this way but I've always been nervous about dealing with asia.One of my biggest fears is items getting lost and never reaching me.

I have used them 4 or 5 times, they offer a more affordable courier service and my experience is the transport was never a problem, the issue I have with the service is you literally have o show them every minor thing as they seem to have little historic information to rely on, they are good about contacting as you go but you have to be specific(I would recommend pictures) and insistent!
