Someone else posted this earlier, but I can't find it, so here is an update. "Duel in the Mist: The Leibstandarte During the Ardennes Offensive, Part 2" is now available for pre-order on the RZM publishers website. The first volume covered Peiper at Stavelot on Dec. 19, 1944 and this new volume covers the continuing action on Dec. 20 and 21. It has many photos, maps, and color profiles. It will be a "must have" for many of us. It is also quite a bit less expensive than volume 1, something like $47? retail. -- Al

Sounds interesting. I finally picked up the first volume on a used book sale and was quite pleased. I expected only coverage of the Germans but there is some good info in there on the American forces that faced them. I'll have to see what volume 2 holds.
