Might be a good question Peter, but your response doesn't quite get to what I'm meaning.
If someone else e-mails me - then I have their address anyway in the "from:" field. What I was meaning was how do I keep a record of e-mails I've sent to other members of the forum using the "Send E-Mail" function in the "Community" section.
Actually, my Good Baron has made the penny drop. Before I send the e-mail; copy and paste it into a Word file. That way, I have a record of what I've sent. I always do this with PM's anyway, so I guess the answer was so obvious - I missed it....
