If this has been covered elsewhere, sorry. But I recently did a couple of conversions that turned out quite well. (I don't have photo capabilities, so you'll have to use your imagination.)

You'll need two figures from the most recent 21st Century German set - the kneeling rifleman racking another round in his weapon and the prone sub-machine gunner. You'll also need the "spare" panzerfaust and panzerschrek that FOV includes in many of its sets.

Using a knife, carefully pop out the rifle and machine gun. The rifle is a bit tricky, but it WILL come off.

The panzerfaust fits almost perfectly into the hands and beneath the armpit of the kneeling rifleman - transforming him from a bolt-action foot slogger into a grim tank killer.

The bazooka fits more or less snugly into the prone (former) machinegunner's hands. A bit of glue and, presto, another armor buster - not to mention a unique figure. (How many other prone and painted German tank terrors are there currently on the market?)

I figured this out whilst cussing my cat for batting at the machinegunner and snapping the barrel off his weapon.

These two converstion truly do look 'natural' and will give you two new fighting figures.

Welcome to the forum Duke! There are a few of us here who also do coversions on plastic figures, and even a few metal ones also. If you use the search option and type in conversions all the conversion threads should pop up.
We had a few threads going on converting plastic figures with lots of cool conversion pictures and tips and tricks ect. but, they have seemed to dry up lately maybe you can help get them going again.
Fellow plastic choppers are always welcome here!

Basil Duke is right: with some 21st Century Toys figures, next month I made 22 nice conversions, look:
