Easy Make Temporary Diorama (1 Viewer)

In addition too 2 display cases I have about 8 small satellite displays of scenes that I change from time to time using items my collection. They are easy to make and safe for your figures and armor and great if you only want a temporary setup.

Omdurman 1898

1. W Britain 21st Lancer

2. W Britain Grenadier Guard

3. JG Miniatures Bell Tent

4. JG Miniatures Desert Plants

5. BAR barrels and crate

6. Sand color felt from Jo-Anns--available in several shades of tan and a number of other colors such as browns and greens.--cut to fit case. I have also used Woodland Scenics paper mats of sand and grass.

7. Football trophy case from Michaels

Time to put together after collecting materials--5 minutes

Quite nice Randy. It even got me motivated to call Mandi at Treefrog to ask about the Grenadier Guard. Unfortunately, it's on backorder Anyway, I did see that a new Camel Corps will be coming out, now scheduled for October so that will be on my list.

Michaels Arts and Crafts. Hobby Lobby also carries them.

That's the football display case, isn't it? I have a couple of those, too.

I'm thinking of making a little riser insert to put inside, to elevate the figures at the back of the case.

I like that they come in two different colors of stain, too. I have two like yours, in the reddish or mahogany color, and one that is in a sort of white oak color.

And the mirrored back is nice.
