Hi, all,

For all of you who expressed interest in my figure of Prinzess Viktoria Luisa, the Kaiser's eldest daughter, shown here:



here is a current auction for another casting:

The seller has mis-identified the piece as a Stadden, but make no mistake, this is the same figure that Mike Ferguson (Soldiers Unlimited) commissioned, but which was never brought to market. It is a rare piece indeed.

I don't know the seller, though I have bought from him in the past and I have had satisfactory dealings with him.

Thanks for the link. I saw that he had an unpainted casting of a Bavarian General. Is that in the same category? Might be something I want to ask John Firth to paint.

I assume that in your photo that is the Kaiser and he is yours. Nice figure. Can you let me know if you see another like it.

The Bavarian general is a Stadden figure, and if you were to get it, I agree, that would look nice with John's touch.

Regarding the Kaiser, that's also a Stadden figure, albeit as a Tradition casting. I have an unpainted casting in my stash. Shoot me a PM with your address, and it's yours.
