Ebay buyers failing to pay (1 Viewer)

I am wondering if anyone has run into buyers on Ebay failing to pay? I waited four days, sent reminders, then Ebay canceled the sale. I've had three different buyers bail on paying, and this was over the course of three weeks! I have never seen this before!

ebay took away sellers ability to open an unpaid item case and potentially leave a mark on the buyers record that could cause them grief later on.There is now no penalty for not paying and the bidders know that,so a lot of them take advantage and bid on anything that catches their eye knowing they have no obligation to pay if they change their mind or run out of money.I've had more non-payers in the past 3 months than I had in the 2-3 years before that.Also a lot more cancelled bids.For bidders/buyers ebay is now totally responsabity-free,but for sellers there are more rules than ever.
