Question: Is there one Ebay site that you can go to that captures what's on each individual country's Ebay website, or do you need to go to each country individually?

You have to go to each site.

When a person (anywhere) lists, if they post it the item with international shipping rates then the item can be seen in all the eBay sites. But if the person lists it for domestic shipping only, it will only be seen on that countrys listing site.

It's worth it to check other sites too. Often times the seller is willing to ship international but just didn't know to add that feature.

If you are seeking a particular set. Used the advanced search facility and tick the box worldwide. Do not tick the boxes available to. This way you can find anything anywhere.

Though numbers maybe displayed differently. For example one seller may list as NA01 another NA001. So all possible variations need to be listed.
