In the course of a few days, I go from eBay with holding my payments to powerseller status.

I can't take this up and down roller coaster ride of a relationship. :rolleyes2:

Did they make you a powerseller but are still witholding your payments?

Their bi-polar attitude comes and goes. I had times when I would place a Berlin 38" K&C item or two on E-Bay, Would not show any swasticas in the photo, yet they pulled the listing for being Hatefull or discriminating material. Yet lately I have seen "TONS and TONS of the exact same items with the swasticas in plain view and
they let it ride. What gives here ^&confuse

i think they pull it only when someone registers a complaint with them---e-bay.from what i have been told by friends doing a lot of listing of german items.you can go months and months showing german symbols and then they will pull them off suddenly.only answer i can come up with --someone complains and then they pull when the item is reported.my friends had better results listing ---u.s.only sale --on these items and it helped with the rate of items pulled.

They actually have employees who spend their day searching the site for what they call unacceptable. Then you have people with nothing better to do complaining about items on the site that they find offensive. If they complain about your item eBay just pulls it with no questions asked. You probably have people complaining about items and getting them pulled that are in competition with their listings.

or to be really sinister people who do not like you for some reason may file with e-bay and report your item.
