I won four seperate auctions on ebay, all from a firm in China. Their rateing was 99.7% with a numerous listings.
I have received 3 of the 4 items with the last one being won a few days later. My question is when I went to leave feedback I could not because they are no longer registered with ebay.
What happens if I don,t receive the last item? Will paypal cover it are am I SOL?
Never had this happen before.
It does not say why they no longer are registered on ebay.

Hi Gary,
I don't know it 100%, but I am rather sure that Paypal will cover your purchase.
After waiting for an appropriate time, to see if you receive the fourth item, you can open a case and claim for a refund through paypal.
Ebay and Paypal are all for the customer, no questions asked.
