I placed a "offer" on an item. Don't remember if the offer was me contacting the seller or if it had "make an offer". Got a I accept and a icon to pay. I realized after making the offer the 2 figures did not have weapons so I now didn't want to buy it. So I just ignored the invoices etc. That was my mistake because I never bid and don't pay. What will happen in reality? Been on ebay forever with nothing like this in my history.
I,ve had a few non payers and when I called ebay they kinda said it is a black mark against them, meaning what I derieved, they do this some more there could be a problem.
Any comments appreciated.

My suggestion is that you contact the seller and tell him you made a mistake and if he agrees he can cancel the transaction. If he refuses any you don’t pay, you will be considered a non paying bidder and I believe there will be some mark against you.

Here is the policy, https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/payment-policies/unpaid-item-policy?id=4271

He can’t leave negative feedback for you since eBay doesn’t permit that.

I would try to work it out with him.

Ebay sellers are allowed to set their own bidder requirements so with any seller who sets the requirements to not allow bidders with a non-payment on their record you would be prevented from bidding, using buy-it-now or sending offers on that sellers items. It's better you either ask the seller to cancel or just go ahead and pay and call it a lesson learned, otherwise you might get a surprise down the road on something you really want but can't have.

I sent 2 messages to the seller explaining what happened. Got no response. He is a big volume seller with over 9000 items currently on ebay and over 20000 feedbacks. And yes if it was a few dollars I would have just paid, but this was $100.
I really don't see ebay suspending me since it would only cost them money as I am an active buyer and seller and have no negative feedbacks.
We will see what happens.

I doubt they will suspend you over one incident but it might not hurt to call eBay and explain the situation so they can make a note, although I doubt they will do anything to unwind the transaction.

What Brad said.

I'd contact the seller and tell him you did not realize the figures do not have weapons and you'd like to cancel the transaction.

I've had buyers in the past buy something from me and then message me saying "I made a mistake, I don't want the item".....................annoying, but I canceled the transaction.

If he does not cancel the transaction, you will have one strike against you for non payment.

If you get more strikes against you for non payment, Ebay could eventually suspend your account.

I'd also do what Brad said and call Ebay and tell them what happened, they can make notes regarding the transaction and it might not effect your buyer rating.

The seller should address this and cancel the transaction, pretty simple.
