I just started this excellent Spanish series chronicling time travelers working to prevent alterations to history. I was actually really impressed by the accuracy of the military scenes. I can vouch for the Napoleonic scenes, and from what I know, the Golden Age and WWII stuff is pretty accurate.

One issue I see in a lot of TV shows and movies is a lack of basic knowledge about ranks and the organizational structure of the military in general. A good example of this is the show Frontier, which I did enjoy despite the complete botching of any and all rank structure. I don't know why it is so hard for directors to understand the difference between privates, NCOs, and officers and the fact that they have different uniforms. I was blown away when both French Napoleonic and German WWII soldiers in El Ministerio del Tiempo had accurate uniforms and equipment and clear organizational differentiation. For example, most of the German soldiers carried KAR 98s and only a couple NCOs carried MP 40s. There was even a two-man MG team with a gunner and ammo bearer.
