This is a great primer on the French-Indian War complete with hundreds of great color illustrations and portraits. From Osprey Publishing. You get a good idea where JJ got some of their sculpt poses like this one of Montcalm and what is to come.

This book was recommended to me by Polarbear (Randy) and I too can attest that it is a good book. In typical Osprey fashion it is full of lots of colorful illustrations and is very informative.
