The van is a Citroen type H van/truck in 1/24- 1/27 by Welly, which was produced for many years from the late forties until the early Eighties and did service for people in multi purpose roles. Yes they were sold in RVN. Occasionally I see one that's been restored around that's been done out as a mobile café selling teas, Bacon Butties and Burgers in layby's etc !
Mine is a delivery van with the signs on the sides (Internet print off's) are for Vietnam war era, '33' Beer Brewed in Saigon. These days it's '333' Beer apparently !
