Ever wonder what an AIP WW2 range would look like? (1 Viewer)

Would like to see AIP get into WW2 poses as they arn't afraid to do sets that are not as common as the usuals .Would like AIP 1939 Poles,1940 Dutch,Winter War Finns/Soviets,Romanians etc as well as early war British/Germans as well as 1945 Axis/Allies.One can dream eh.

FINNS, POLISH, FRENCH and DUTCH would all be a dream come true for me,
but the world doesn't need any more early war German infantry.
What is AIP?

AiP is an abbreviation for Armies in Plastic, a company that makes plastic toy soldiers. They have ranges for WW1, British Colonial Wars, French & Indian, ACW, etc. Nice figures but far more toy-like than realistic.

Wonderful figures! Can you tell us more about what parts went into the French? I think I can identify Airfix legs and some 21st Century bodies. Did you sculpt the Polish officer yourself? These are great!

Thank you.
The French inf. figures are comprised of the parts from 3 different AIRFIX 1:32 MULTI-POSE KITS.
JAPANESE INF. + BRITISH INF. + GERMAN INF. = FRENCH INF.

The Polish figures are comprised of :
GERMAN INF. + JAPANESE INF. + US MARINES = POLISH INF.

I studied the uniforms closely and have come pretty close.
The French M.G. is comprised if the US Grease Gun and a rifle butt.

Heck, I'm still waiting to see what AIP Civil War cavalry looks like or Union troops in sack coats and greatcoats. Early war WW One Brits and French. Crimean War. Real Franco-Prussian War figures, not blue plastic WW One figures. I hope AIP sticks with and finishes their 1800s lines first.

(Those AIP style WW Two figures by Regal do look good .)
