This past year in Chicago I managed to obtain a very large (140mm) connoisseur figure. Rather than place the piece inside my display cases I decided to display it on top of a low built-in display case.
I found glassdomes.com on the Internet and ordered (I thought), a glass dome+base combination. Two days later I received the base only. I had inadvertently ordered just the base, no dome!
Upon discovering my mistake I ordered the correct dome. My dome arrived within 24 hours of it being shipped. Much to my surprise, there was a note on the invoice refunding the price of the base, and charging me the much lower price of the base+dome combination. I thought this was a class act on their part. glassdomes.com has a ton of domes, and I highly recommend them. Great service, affordable prices and of course......great customer service.
